Pierce County circuit court -- criminal

Sadie M. Bleyle, 26, Hastings, Minn., posted a $5,000 signature bond on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge June 28. The charge resulted from a June 27 incident in Prescott.

Sanjeev A. Dhawan, 23, Prescott, pleaded innocent and posted a $2,000 signature bond on two misdemeanor bail jumping charges June 26. The charges stemmed from incidents April 27 and May 5 in Prescott.

Shentelle L. Foster, 46, Spring Valley, pleaded innocent and posted a $2,000 signature bond on a possess drug paraphernalia charge June 26. The charge resulted from a May 8 incident in the town of Gilman.

Richard J. Gorton Jr., 48, River Falls, posted a $5,000 signature bond on felony strangulation and suffocation and battery charges June 28. The charges stemmed from a June 27 incident in River Falls.

Michael E.B. Johnson, 27, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $1,000 signature bond on operating while revoked (alcohol related) and possess drug paraphernalia charges June 30. The charges stemmed from a June 29 incident in Bay City.

Derek D. Koch, 24, Bay City, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on operating while revoked (alcohol related) and misdemeanor bail jumping charges June 27. The charges resulted from a May 23 incident in the town of Ellsworth.

Michael B. O'Shaughnessy, 33, River Falls, posted a $5,000 signature bond on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges June 30. He also posted a second $5,000 signature bond in a separate case on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges June 30. The charges stemmed from incidents May 16 and June 28 in River Falls.

Christina R. Petrick, 47, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $3,000 signature bond on a battery charge June 26. The charge resulted from a July 31, 2016 incident in River Falls.

Nathan R. Schmitz, 17, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $2,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge June 26. The charge stemmed from a March 29 incident in River Falls.

Nicole L. Stine, 28, Hastings, Minn., waived extradition June 30 to Dakota County (Minn.), where she was charged Nov. 23 with felony criminal damage to property in the first degree.

Myles J. VanHolbeck, 19, Prescott, pleaded innocent and posted a $2,000 signature bond on possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges June 26. The charges resulted from an April 21 incident in the town of River Falls.

Closed cases

Strangulation and suffocation, battery and criminal damage to property charges against Dorian M. Cross, 43, River Falls, were dismissed June 27. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 26 incident in River Falls.

Felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges against Robert O. Gillespie, 66, Prescott, were dismissed June 26. The charges resulted from a July 8, 2013 incident in the town of Oak Grove.

Matthew S. Herman, 34, Roberts, entered a deferred prosecution agreement on a resisting or obstructing an officer charge June 29. The charge stemmed from a Feb. 8 incident in River Falls.

A disorderly conduct charge against Melissa M. Johnson, 32, Hudson, was dismissed June 27 upon successful completion of a deferred judgment agreement. The charge resulted from a Nov. 27, 2015 incident in River Falls.

A disorderly conduct charge against Mikayla R. Pulkrabek, 22, River Falls, was dismissed June 26. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 29 incident in River Falls.

Thomas P. Sorenson, 57, Hudson, was sentenced to seven months in jail, with credit given for 100 days time served June 20 at a probation revocation hearing. He had been convicted of disorderly conduct (two) and misdemeanor bail jumping Jan. 10, where he was sentenced to probation. The charges resulted from incidents March 3, April 7 and Sept. 4, 2016 in Prescott.

Julie A. Trapp, 44, Prescott, was convicted of felony possession of methamphetamine, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $468 June 26. The charge resulted from a June 6, 2016 incident in Prescott.

Desmond T.J. Trok, 18, Ellsworth, was convicted of two counts of possession of THC, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $886 June 26. The charges stemmed from a March 9 incident in Ellsworth.
